We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration, and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order. See our Billing Policy and Billing Terms and Conditions for details. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and let you choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified), in which case we will give you a full refund.

7Shipping

8Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

9Warranties & Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
