1Our Commitment
The security of our customers and their information is very important to ACCINTA. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on our website, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly so we can fix it quickly.
2How to Report
Email contact@accinta.com with the subject line "Security Report" and include:
- A description of the issue and where you found it (page or URL)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- The potential impact, if known
- Screenshots or other supporting details
- Your contact details so we can follow up
3Responsible Disclosure Guidelines
When investigating and reporting an issue, we ask that you:
- Do not access, change or delete data belonging to other customers.
- Do not perform denial-of-service attacks, spam, or social engineering against our staff or customers.
- Do not use automated scanners in a way that affects the availability of our website.
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before sharing it publicly.
4What You Can Expect
We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days, investigate the issue, and keep you informed of our progress where appropriate. We do not currently offer a paid bug bounty program, but we sincerely appreciate responsible reports.
5Phishing & Scam Reports
ACCINTA will never ask for your password or full card details by email, SMS or phone. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please do not click any links or share information — forward it to contact@accinta.com so we can investigate.
If you believe your payment details have been compromised, contact your bank immediately. You can also report scams to Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au).
