Warranty Information

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1Overview

Every product sold by ACCINTA is genuine and comes with the manufacturer's warranty. This page explains your warranty and consumer rights, and how to make a claim.

2Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.

3Manufacturer's Warranty

The length and terms of the manufacturer's warranty vary by product and brand. Where available, warranty details are listed on the product page or included in the product documentation. If you need warranty details before buying, contact us and we'll confirm them for you.

4What Is Usually Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

5What Is Usually Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, fading or weathering over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect or incorrect assembly or installation
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by someone not authorised by the manufacturer
  • Damage caused by extreme weather events or use outside the manufacturer's instructions
  • Commercial use of products designed for household use

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email contact@accinta.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The product name
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

We will review your claim and help you through the process — whether that is a repair, replacement or refund, or assisting with a claim directly with the manufacturer. Depending on the issue, we may ask you to return the product for inspection. Where a product is faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7Faults Within 90 Days

If a product is faulty within 90 days of delivery, you can also request a refund or replacement under our Refund & Returns Policy.
