1Acceptance of These Terms
These Billing Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase made on accinta.com, operated by ACCINTA. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, our Billing Policy and our Terms of Service.
2Authorisation to Charge
By submitting an order, you authorise ACCINTA and our payment providers to charge the total order amount shown at checkout to the payment method you provide. You confirm that you are the authorised holder of that payment method or have permission to use it.
3Prices & Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price charged will be the price shown at checkout when you placed your order.
4Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send your shipping confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5Accuracy of Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information, and to update it promptly if it changes. We are not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect details.
6Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, may have an expiry date, and generally cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
7Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
8Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can help resolve it. Where a chargeback is raised, we may provide order, payment and delivery information to the payment provider to respond to the dispute.
9Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
